Moree Hospital Redevelopment

Health Infrastructure, in partnership with Hunter New England Health District, is planning to redevelop the Moree Hospital to provide new facilities and upgraded clinical services to service the Moree community now and into the future.

The project includes upgraded facilities and modern clinical services, and is being led by Health Infrastructure in partnership with Hunter New England Local Health District.

The Moree Hospital will continue to function as a District Hospital and remain networked to Tamworth Hospital for access to specialist services.

The NSW Government has committed $80 million to redevelop Moree Hospital. The project is part of an extensive body of capital works being delivered across the Hunter New England Local Health District.

The redevelopment will offer contemporary faciliites to support best practice models of care and provide patients, families and carers a modern facility to meet the health needs of the community now and into the future.
