Arts in Health working groups - Expression of Interest

Are you interested in how arts can promote health and wellbeing?

We want the new hospitals in Glen Innes, Gunnedah and Moree to reflect your diverse and vibrant communities, and we want to explore how arts, cultural and heritage projects can help deliver exciting, welcoming, and dynamic spaces for patients, carers, staff and the community.

We are looking for interested, enthusiastic members to be part of our Arts in Health Working Groups fo each of the these projects.

You do not need to be an artist or have any arts experience. You may have an interest because of your clinical
experience with a particular patient group, your personal interest in art and culture, participation in a cultural
group, or your desire to make the hospital the best it can be.

You will need to be available for meetings, be prepared to participate actively in discussions, and respond to
meeting responsibilities in a timely way. Working Group membership is a volunteer position, and members are
asked to attend approximately 4-6 meetings annually. Meetings are generally 1 hour in duration with the option
to attend virtually/online.
