Planning process

Health Infrastructure has engaged a specialist project team including architects, project managers and cost managers to undertake the detailed planning and design for the redevelopment. 

The project team comprises:  

• Hunter New England Local Health District, including representatives from Manning Base Hospital.
• Health Infrastructure.
• Mace (Project Manager).
• BVN (Architecture).
• MBM (Quantity Surveyors).

Planning and design of the redevelopment is a collaborative process involving consultation with clinicians, staff, patient groups, local stakeholders and the community. 

Opportunities for staff, community and stakeholder participation will be communicated as the redevelopment progresses.
