As the year comes to an end, the Muswellbrook Hospital Redevelopment team is finalising its plans for construction to begin in early 2025.
 
In August this year, Richard Crookes Constructions was appointed as the project’s builder and has been familiarising themselves in readiness to undertake the finalisation of design for the project.
 
From early January 2025, staff and visitors may see the builders starting site set-up activities with construction to begin on the Operating Theatre followed by the Community Health area.
 
Upon completion of the Operating Theatre, we will see the commencement of works on the Sterilising Department.
 
We recently held an end-of-year lunch for staff where the project team updated them on what they’ll see when work begins on site.
